Counter Fraud

Morgan joined Horwich Farrelly’s Counter Fraud team in 2015 and was promoted to Partner in 2019. He has extensive experience defending motor fraud claims having worked in the insurance and legal sector for over 17 years. He specialises in defending complex fraud matters and has a particular interest in committal and tort of deceit litigation. Morgan manages accounts for a number of key clients and he heads up a team of specialist lawyers servicing their accounts. He regularly provides client training and works closely with them developing their counter fraud strategies. He is also responsible for ensuring the department maintains its levels of success, growth and excellent customer service and satisfaction.
