In a 20 year career within the insurance fraud arena, Rick has investigated a wide variety of claims including personal motor, commercial motor, large loss, fraud rings, credit hire, home, travel, EL/PL, commercial property and application fraud. Managing a team of 35 specialist intelligence analysts, he and his team support HF's Know Your Opponent strategy focusing upon solicitors, credit hire companies and medical service suppliers.

Rick has given evidence extensively in both civil and criminal courts, notably in major organised fraud investigations and contempt proceedings. He is the company’s spokesperson and point of contact for industry fraud forums, including IFIG, IFB, IFED and TUFF.
