She has 17 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor in commercial and residential property and advises on all manner of commercial and residential property transactions with particular focus on buy-to-lets, holiday lets and commercial finance, as well as landlord and tenant work including leases, lease assignments and lease renewals. Emily’s client base spans England and Wales and she has a strong client and referral following.
