David joined Horwich Farrelly in 2018 with 25 year’s experience in defending claims on behalf of insurers, local authorities and corporate clients.

He is instructed on a variety of complex and large loss personal injury cases including inquests, fatal claims and HSE investigations.

He has experience of dealing with employers' liability, motor, product liability and disease claims and has a special interest in fraudulent claims including contempt of court proceedings and private prosecutions.
