David joined HF as a Solicitor in 2011 and has led various teams across the firm's Counter Fraud, Motor, Casualty and Travel departments, becoming a Partner in 2016.

David now lead's HF's Innovation & Client Solutions team, which has designed and created numerous award-winning products and tech-solutions that are used by many of the world's largest insurance companies. These include products that aim to simplify the claims process for customers, such as Mylegal-link and HEART, as well as solutions that offer innovative training experiences for claims handlers, including HFTV, AskHF and HIIT.

David's team have also introduced a whole host of claims handling solutions, using the latest technology, that save insurance companies, large corporates and public sector organisations millions of pounds each year.
