Counter Fraud

Fiona is a Partner within our Counter Fraud department. Fiona joined HF in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Fiona leads a team of our causation team leaders in our Manchester office and is heavily involved in the day to day running of the Aviva contract.

Fiona is also the Counter Fraud Legal Operations Manager and in that role overseas and delivers in operational matters supporting the department ranging from MI and reporting requirements, client referrals, departmental performance management and recruitment to system improvements and creating operational efficiencies for the teams.

Fiona has featured on the BBC’s Claimed and Shamed programme detailing one of our successes involving social media evidence.
