With a background in the motor insurance sector, James joined HF in 2003. James has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of defendant motor litigation and is responsible for a number of teams across our offices specialising in counter fraud, dispute resolution, MOJ Portal claims and counter claims.

James works closely with one of our key insurer clients to provide specialist training and on-site consultancy, as well as developing pre and post-litigation working practices and implementing strategies in the defence of personal injury claims.
