Counter Fraud

Lewis joined the counter fraud team in 2003, qualifying as solicitor in 2005.

Lewis has a wealth of experience in representing insurers in the defence of fraudulent claims and heads up a team of specialist lawyers defending all types of motor fraud, including credit hire fraud, fraud rings, LSI and Late notified claims.

Lewis also provides assistance in devising and implementing counter fraud strategies to identify and challenge fraudulent claims, and acts for insurers in strategic litigation involving professional enablers and private prosecutions.
