Liam focuses on understanding the client’s business and how HF’s legal experts and technology can add value to the claims process.

He identifies claimant behaviours and develops counter strategies such as portal incubation and pre action applications for the disclosure of claimant medical records.

He has a particular interest in the application of behavioural science to claims handling and also using data science to help tackle claims inflation.
