Marc heads a Dublin-based team focused on advising clients on a broad range of commercial issues including banking, shareholder, partnership and contract disputes. He has extensive experience across the spectrum of commercial disputes and is a long-standing practitioner before all Irish Courts, in particular the commercial and chancery lists of the High Court.

He has acted in and advised on examinerships, liquidations and other insolvency and restructuring events and advises on general commercial matters. His client base ranges from investors, developers, insolvency practitioners, individual and corporate borrowers, shareholders, partners and company directors.

Marc is a strong advocate of mediation and regularly acts for clients in successful resolutions of their disputes through that forum. He’s a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland, Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
