Michael joined HF in 2009 and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2019. He is recognised as an industry expert in Credit Hire and Credit Hire Fraud and has extensive experience having worked in the insurance and legal sector for over 20 years.

His recent successes have included the Court of Appeal decision of Akhtar v Boland, a decision that has saved insurers millions in legal costs, and he has a keen interest in defending Credit Hire Taxi Claims in which his reported claim of A-line Taxis v Ward refers.
