Peter is a Partner and heads up our Corporate team. He is a hugely experienced and highly regarded corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience, having worked across the UK and overseas in high profile roles such as advising a FTSE 100 Bank, a US corporate advisory firm, and having an in depth understanding of M & A legal advice.

Peter brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to corporate transactions, with a focus on the client, and ‘getting the deal done’.

His work includes all sizes of corporate transactions and a broad range of commercial/corporate law including private equity; venture capital, banking and corporate finance.

Beyond the UK, Peter has worked with clients in the United States; Germany; The Netherlands; Sweden; Turkey; the Caribbean and the Channel Islands.
