Richard is a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency team with over 30 years' experience of advising clients in relation to insolvency cases in England and Wales, as well as overseas. As a key member of the commercial team, Richard is a well known expert in his field, advising insolvency practitioners on issues arising during their appointment, principally, but not exclusively, on the contentious side as well as regulatory/practice matters.  He also advises creditors, directors and all stakeholders with interests in business and individuals concerned with financial distress or facing/being subject to a formal insolvency process.
