Simon's background is in Complex and Catastrophic Injury claims in which he has extensive experience. He has driven sustained growth in the national teams he has managed for a number of years and has done so with a core focus on outstanding results and exceptional client service delivery. Simon has worked extensively with a number of Large Motor Insurance clients and also those in the London market, which is a particular area of his interest for him. As well as being part of our wider, award-winning Innovation team Simon is also our Head of Predictive Analytics and Data Insights. Simon is passionate about this area and the way in it combines with Artificial Intelligence to inform strategic planning and advice for our clients across the business. Simon views innovation and technology as being fundamental to the future of legal service and a key driver for enhancing the relationships we have with our clients.
