Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2012, Zhaleh has worked with both private and public sector clients, primarily employers, advising on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious issues. Throughout her career, Zhaleh has supported small, medium sized and large enterprises, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience of the challenges faced by them from both a HR and employment law perspective. Her fully tailored service provides her clients with strategic and pragmatic advice on a wide range of employment law and everyday employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and business reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination, contracts of employment, policies and procedures and settlement agreements. Zhaleh has a particular interest in litigation and confidently conducts her own advocacy at case management preliminary hearings. As well as providing day to day advice to clients, she manages a highly complex litigated caseload on behalf of NHS Trusts and private organisations, with a proven track record of achieving favourable results at Tribunal. Zhaleh enjoys sharing her knowledge, and often provides her clients with practical and engaging training on all areas of employment law. She is bilingual - fluent in English and Farsi.
