We are absolutely delighted to welcome our most recent and biggest cohort of apprentices to HF.
HF, one of the UK’s leading legal advisers in the insurance and commercial sectors, has hired 18 apprentices to join its Recoveries, Counter Fraud, Costs, LACIG, and Commercial Debt Recovery teams. The number of recruits demonstrates a continued increase year-on-year, with six legal apprentices hired in 2022 and one hire in 2021 working in counter fraud.
HF has been running its apprenticeship scheme for over 8 years and runs several graduate open days and apprentice open evenings in the lead-up to the scheme starting. This year, 13 candidates attended the graduate open day and HF has now made permanent placement offers to 10 individuals within Recoveries, Fraud and Credit Hire, and C&C (Restructuring & insolvency). The apprentice open evening attracted 15 candidates of which HF has offered 6 placements.
Department demand is helping fuel the growth of the schemes with areas such as LACIG and C&C being involved this year and the costs team entering its second year with the scheme.
Oliver Bate, People Director at HF, said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome our most recent and biggest cohort of apprentices to HF. We have supported apprenticeships in our business for many years and absolutely recognise the value of them in our teams. Apprenticeships remain a key strategic part of our people plans, and we look forward to seeing them all thrive and progress in their roles.”
